ISC class 10th is popularly known as Indian School Certificate examinations and this examination is conducted by the Council of the Indian School Certificate Examinations (CISCE) for Grade 12 and it is important usually attempts. The examination has been primarily designed to provide an evaluation in the field of general education. The exam principles are in agreement with the references of the Indian New Education Policy of 1986, through the medium of English and also regulated by University of Cambridge.

For ISC in India, the Southern Region has the best pass percentage i.e. 98.32%, followed by Western Region (95.74%), Northern Region (95.01%) and Eastern Region (94.91%). Abroad, ISC has achieved pass percentage of 98.51%.
