After a brief disappearance from the B-Town scene, Nargis Fakhri is back in Mumbai. The actress landed in the city on Saturday and did a cover-up act at the airport. She wanted to go unnoticed, but failed to hoodwink the paparazzi.

Last May, Nargis had upped and left midway through the promotions of 'Azhar'. She had also skipped the publicity events of 'Housefull 3'.

Nargis' decision to take off to New York had set tongues wagging. At that time, her spokesperson claimed that a hectic work schedule had taken its toll on her health, adding that she needed urgent medical attention and rest. There were also rumours about a nervous breakdown due to turmoil in her relationship with actor-turned-producer Uday Chopra, while a few others speculated that she had quit Bollywood for a career in the West.

The actress attended a film awards event in Spain in June. Last week, she posted vacation snapshots with her gal pals in Greece.

The first look of her next film, 'Banjo', is set to be unveiled tomorrow.

Nargis' spokesperson says, "She took some much needed time off in New York to get her health on track. She also shot for a 10-day schedule of 'Banjo' while she was away. Knowing that she would be jumping straight into work with her Banjo promotions, magazine cover shoots and brand endorsements when she lands in Mumbai, she decided to take a brief holiday with her friends in Greece before coming back to India."
