Mimoh will now be known as Mahakshay. Vikram Bhatt, who is relaunching Mithun Chakraborthy's son in Haunted, has decided to go in for a name change.

Stuck in transit
Though he has been on the scene for the last couple of years, Mimoh's career has never really taken off. His debut flick Jimmy proved to be a dud. He The Only One, Sunil Shetty's Loot and a few other projects he was slated to feature in, are all stuck in limbo. With Haunted, he wants to get it all right.
Mithun and wife Yogita Bali had named their offspring Mahakshay when he was born. The Sanskrit term means 'the immortal'. But as it was a tongue-twister, it was decided to call him Mimoh. A name that was suitable for his screen name as there are already several Akshays in the industry. However, Vikram now feels going back to his birth name will prove favourable for Mimoh's second coming.
The producer-director has been shooting for Haunted in Ooty with the cast and crew put up in Mithun's hotel in the hill station. Mimoh's co-star in the movie is small screen actress Twinkle Bajpai (of Betiyaan fame).
