Established in NYC in 1998, this is the third consecutive year that the MSFF comes to India. Says filmmaker and festival director Anil Sadarangani, “Anyone who has a well-made feature short film that’s not more than 15- 18 minutes can apply.
The MSFF is a very good festival for filmmakers to show their films as some previous finalists have gone on to shine at avenues like the Oscars, BAFTA, Cannes, Berlin, Locarno, etc.”
