Model-actress Archana Pandey allegedly committed sucide by hanging herself in her Lokhandwala residence. Police claim to have found a suicide note
Model Archana Pandey was found dead Monday at her residence in Lokhandwala in Andheri. She committed suicide a couple of days ago, said an official from Versova Police station where the case has been registered.
"We got a call from her neighbours, so went to the location where she was found dead. She had committed suicide a couple of days ago. Her body has been taken to Cooper hospital. A suicide note was also found at her residence," the official said.

On Monday, her neighbours noticed a foul smell emanating from the flat and rang the door bell. When no one responded, they contacted the police, who entered the flat and found her body.
The police did not immediately say how Archana had committed suicide. Her body has been sent for post-mortem examination to Cooper Hospital.
As per initial investigations, police has they found a suicide note from the flat and suspect the reason of her drastic action could be her troubled relationship with her boyfriend and financial crisis. As per reports, Archana was battling depression.
Archana was a known face in the modelling industry and had also starred in many south Indian films.
