Stevens — the American sports tout and sports betting consultant — doesn’t use any filter while discussing sportspersons. “What do Derrick Rose, Chris Bosh, Kobe Bryant and Dwight Howard have in common?” A person in the studio with him replied, “They all have gay tendencies.”
But Stevens threw a serious question and he hit back, citing reality, “They are all on bench; what is wrong with the NBA?” he asks, probably hinting at losing money when the big guns aren’t playing. Stevens, also known as the sports handicapper in the circuit, says one needs to learn English properly in order to earn and place bets in style.
The 14-minute episode is an insight into the mind of a bettor and how he functions. “If you see 100 dollars blowing in the air, will you pick it up or let it blow by? Of course, you will pick it up,” he says.
