Some of the city's finest restaurants played host to hordes of foodies with sumptuous menus along with exciting offers, during the just-concluded Restaurant Week
It was the best news ever, for Mumbai’s foodies. Restaurant Week India, an initiative that celebrated Mumbai’s best culinary experiences went on to please palates across the island city.

This year, Restaurant Week returned as Citibank Restaurant Week India and played host to Mumbai’s foodies from March 19 to March 25. The festivities were also held in Delhi and Bangalore.
What’s cooking?
Participating restaurants offered a three-course prix fixe menu (with an option of vegetarian or non-vegetarian) at Rs 1,000 per person excluding taxes. The menu included dishes chosen from these restaurants’ a la carte menu.
This price was a fraction of what they would normally charge. Reservations were made exclusively online through the Restaurant Week India website (www.restaurantweekindia.com) A nominal reservation fee was introduced to limit cancellations and no shows and reservations were open to all. For Citibank customers, the reservation fee was waived.
