There is a famous adage that says: “Behind every successful man is a woman.” And it looks like the same could be applied to the world’s fastest man — Usain Bolt. While the Jamaican is known for his huge fan base across the globe, there was one fan who was chanting his name more than anybody else during his run — girlfriend Kasi Bennett.

Rio de Janeiro: There is a famous adage that says: “Behind every successful man is a woman.” And it looks like the same could be applied to the world’s fastest man — Usain Bolt. While the Jamaican is known for his huge fan base across the globe, there was one fan who was chanting his name more than anybody else during his run — girlfriend Kasi Bennett. After Bolt romped home to victory in the 200m for his second gold at the Rio Olympics, Kasi couldn’t control her excitement. “This level of pride is unfathomable,” she tweeted immediately after her beau achieved the feat. Earlier too, after his 100m victory on Sunday, Kasi posted a tweet to her followers. “My babbbbbbbbbbbyyyyyyyyyyy!!!” she wrote.

Kasi also revealed who calls the shots in their relationship by calling him her boss in one of her tweets. Bolt’s victory keeps him on course to become the first man to complete the ‘triple-triple’, which he will achieve if Jamaica win gold in the 4x100m relay today.

The 29-year-old won three golds in Beijing, and currently is just one gold away from winning his ninth in Rio. After the 200m event, Bolt admitted that this could be his last Olympics.
