Vaishali Monish Yadav, a resident of Ganga nagar in Hadapar in Pune who is a student of second standard studying in Pradnya Prathamik school was suffering from hole in the heart since two and half years, The only solution was open heart surgery which needed Rs 3 lakh. She then wrote a letter to the PM seeking help and got immediate help.
