Nargis, who herself shed weight by going on a special juice diet, made her co-star Illeana D'Cruz try the same for one of the scenes in the film. "I had a great time shooting in Bangkok. While I was there I always wanted to try a juice cleanse.
I have heard and researched great things about giving your body a break from regular or junk food, so I decided to try a six day juice cleanse. I lost three kilos in six days," Nargis said.
She also said that seeing her diet course, Illeana got curious whom she convinced to try it. But she could do it only for one day, the actress said. 'Main Tera Hero', a contemporary commercial Bollywood entertainer, features Varun Dhawan, Nargis Fakhri and Illeana D'Cruz.
Produced by Ekta Kapoor's Balaji Motion Pictures, the film hits cinema houses on April 4.
