India's squash player Saurav Ghosal has a new and interesting technique to increase his speed and agility.
The 29-year-old recently posted a rigourous training video on his twitter account that sees him in all his intensity in order to build up on his pace and agility.
He wrote: A little something from my speed & agility training. #summertraining2016 #needforspeed #feeltheburn.
Saurav has in total 5 squash titles to his name.
In 2013, Ghosal became the first Indian squash player ever to enter the quarterfinals of the World Squash Championship.
In addition, he has also won 3 Asian Games bronze medals, 1 silver and 1 gold medal.
