The Pune Municipal Corporation (PMC) has announced 100 per cent water cut across the city on Thursday because of repair and maintenance work at five pumping stations.

Supply will resume on Friday morning, but the pressure will be low. V G Kulkarni, Water Supply Officer, PMC, said that Wadgaon, Chatushrungi, SNDT Cantonment and Holkar pumping stations will be undergoing maintenance work and therefore supply will be hit. Last Thursday also saw 100 per cent water cut in the city.u00a0
