In what is being reported as deceased TV actor Pratyusha Banerjee’s last conversation with her boyfriend Rahul Raj Singh, significant details have emerged about Pratyusha’s disturbed state of mind during her final moments.

Mumbai Mirror reported that it is in possession of a copy of the transcript of the phone call. According to Neeraj Gupta, the advocate for Pratyusha’s parents, Soma and Shankar Banerjee, this was the last time she spoke to anyone.
The conversation is about three-minute long, reported Mumbai Mirror. In it, Pratyusha is heard telling Rahul, “B******d man.. I f**k so hard.. In my life i f**k so hard… for everything… I had not come here to sell myself… I had come here to act… to work. And where are you putting me today.. Rahul, you have no idea how bad I am feeling right now.”

Gupta told Mumbai Mirror, “This conversation happened between Rahul and Partyusha just before her death. In this conversation, it is very clear that she was forced into prostitution by Rahul, as later on in the same phone call she has used the word ‘prostitution’.”
When the conversation moves towards forward, Pratyusha is heard telling Singh, “…You are selfish… you are spoiling my name. People are talking about me… my mom and dad are termed ghatiya,” the Mumbai Mirror report further stated.

Towards the end of the call Banerjee is heard saying, “Rahul, it’s over. I am over. Mar gayi mein (I am dead)”. Singh, who can be heard trying to reassure her, responds by reassuring her, and asking her not to “do anything”. Rahul is then heard telling her that he will be home in half an hour, but Pratyusha responds by saying, “Everything will be over in half an hour.”
Pratyusha, who gained fame by playing the her role of adult Anandi in the popular TV serial 'Balika Vadhu', allegedly committed suicide by hanging herself at her residence in Mumbai on April 1 this year. Many of her friends have stated that she may have taken the drastic step owing to financial crisis, but her parents allege Rahul used to physically abuse her. A few days after Pratyusha’s death, Rahul was booked for abetting her suicide.
