Ever since he set foot in Bollywood, South star Prithviraj has been super busy. Not only has he been shooting for his second Hindi film, he is also simultaneously working on the remake of his latest South flick Ayalum Njanum Thammil.
Our source says, “Ayalum… released in the South in October. The film has done very well and Prithvi has received a lot of accolades for it. The film’s instant success has prompted him to make a remake of the film.” Buzz is that the actor is planning to rope in Amitabh Bachchan to play one of the two lead characters in the film.
The storyline of the film revolves around two doctors. Prithviraj apparently loved the script so much that he can’t wait to begin work on the remake. The source adds, “Prithvi is a huge fan of Bachchan saab and will approach him with the script in the next few months.”
