"There are lot of South actors who are coming to IIFA this year including Kamal Hassan. So this time I am going down South. I will be performing on old South songs, one of them will be a song from 'Appu Raja'. It is a cool song, I am trying to learn the lyrics. It is my ode to South film industry," Shahid said.

Priyanka would be paying tribute to Rekha, who would be receiving the lifetime achievement award at IIFA. "This year I would be paying tribute to Rekhaji. I completely love and adore her," Priyanka said.

Both Shahid and Priyanka would be promoting their soon to be released film, 'Teri Meri Kahani', by performing together on songs from this film. 'Teri Meri Kahani', directed by Kunal Kohli, is a love story depicting three different eras - 1910, 1960 and 2012 and is slated to release on June 22.

This year, Prabhu Deva is choreographing the dance moves for all those performing at IIFA including Shahid, Priyanka, Bipasha Basu, Sonakshi Sinha, Ranbir Kapoor and others. The award ceremony will be hosted by Shahid and Farhan Akhtar.u00a0
