Opting to bat, Podar ended the day with a mammoth 329-5. Rajadhyaksha's knock that included 15 boundaries, ended when he was caught behind by Pranay Bhosale off pacer Sachin Yadav. He was ably supported by Shreyas Iyer (67) and opener Vaidik Murkar (51).
"I wanted to stay there a bit more, but I am glad that we were able to go past the 300-run mark. I was not selected in the Mumbai U-19 team last season, and it hurt me, but has inspired me to work harder and make a comeback," said Abhishek.
