Rumours about the death of Telangana Rashtra Samiti chief K Chandrasekhar Rao (KCR) sent panic across Andhra Pradesh.

It was the death of TRS activist, K Srikanth Chary, who set himself ablaze after the party chief KCR's arrest four days back, that led to the rumour and panic.

Supporters thought it was KCR who had died after he was admitted at the Nizam's Institute of Medical Sciences (NIMS) on Thursday morning.

KCR who is suffering from cirrhosis of liver, diabetes and hypertension is being looked after by a team of experts. A large number of supporters have gathered at the hospital and are shouting slogans.
