Filmmaker Karan Johar has finally put an end to all the speculation surrounding 'Shuddhi'. He has signed his trusted 'Students' Varun Dhawan and Alia Bhatt for the film which will be helmed by Karan Malhotra.
Karan Johar revealed the star cast of 'Shuddhi' in one of his tweets on Thursday. "And finally..SHUDDHI starring VARUN DHAWAN and ALIA BHATT...directed by KARAN MALHOTRA..@Varun_dvn @aliaa08 @karanmalhotra21 @DharmaMovies," tweeted Karan Johar.

Salman Khan took to Twitter to congratulate Varun on bagging the film. He tweeted, "Kamaal karte ho Varun Dhawan...made ur dad n me so proud of u... happy Shhuddhi"
