Salman Khan starrer 'Judwaa' screened during the 90's is a Bollywood hit that we remember till date. And now the good news is that Varun Dhawan will be stepping into Salman's shoes in 'Judwaa's' sequel, which is being directed by David Dhawan and produced by Sajid Nadiadwala.

The icing on the cake is that Salman Khan will have a special appearance in the film. He will be stepping in as a 'godfather-gunda' to Varun's twins," source has revealed to Mumbai Mirror. Varun Dhawan in an interview to the the tabloid has admitted that he is looking forward to 'Judwaa 2'. Salman Khan in equally excited about Varun Dhawan stepping into his shoes and ids interested to be a part of the sequel.
The film is being scripted by duo Sajid-Farhad and the two leading ladies are yet to be cast. 'Judwaa 2' is a real commercial one with a big budget. Filmmakers have chosen beach locations in the Mediterranean for shooting the film.
The original 'Judwaa' was a remake of the 1994 Telugu movie 'Hello Brother'. Now, filmmakers are hoping to release 'Judwaa 2' in September 2017.
