It's December, the official party season. With Christmas and New Year celebrations, people make merry around this time and why not? Who doesn't love partying in the chilly weather of December, as we start preparing to bid adieu to the running year. And when it comes to partying, Bollywood's filmmaker Karan Johar is known to be one of the best party hosts. The filmmaker has already kickstarted the month with a pre-Christmas celebration along with his protégés- Alia Bhatt, Varun Dhawan and Sidharth Malhotra at Sandeep Khosla's palatial abode.

Keeping the Christmas theme in mind, Alia Bhatt was decked up in a red dress with her Santa headbands on. Accompanying them was their favourite, Aarti Shetty. Both the girls posed for a picture with the flamboyant filmmaker, giving us all Christmas vibes already! The boys, Varun Dhawan and Sidharth Malhotra were seen garbed in black. Karan posted few pictures from the bash, which also had Ritesh Sidhwani, Shweta Bachchan, and others.
While sharing the pictures, Karan described his mood. In one picture with Alia and Aarti, he wrote, "First party of the season". In the other one with Varun Dhawan and Shweta Bachchan, he captioned it as: "Festive Cheer!!" Well, this party is just a beginning. There are many more to come yet.
