In a bid to maintain her figure, Shilpa apparently has limited her eating to only six eggs per day.
As alarming as it may sound, the actress is not touching any other food item these days. A source close to the actress says, “Shilpa’s fitness mantra is yoga. She loves chicken but is staying away from it for the sake of her fit form. A workout is not a must if you eat the right and healthy food. She also takes in a lot of liquids and keeps herself fit.”
