After the actor is released on Saturday, his family will move him to this house in Sector 29, Noida

Actor Shiney Ahuja, who was granted bail yesterday, will now move to his parents' flat in Delhi, as one of the conditions was that he cannot stay in Mumbai for the duration of his bail.

Shiney's parents stay in flat No 293 at the Noida Authority's Complex in Sector 29.

The flat has been locked for the past 10 days, according to Ramkumar, the security guard at the housing complex.

"There is a servant named Aman who works for the family, though he does not stay with them. We have not seen him for the past 10 days," said Ramkumar.

Interestingly, none of the society members know much about the family or the case.

An expat, who lives above the Ahujas' flat, said that she did not know anything about the actor coming home.

Househelps of Ahujas' neighbours too are clueless and are not concerned about having a rape accused as a neighbour.

"I don't know any Shiney saab or that he raped a maid in Mumbai. So, I'm not scared," said Chandra, who works in one of the flats neighbouring Shiney's father Colonel S P Ahuja's house.

The Loopholes

Factors that could have helped Shiney Ahuja's lawyers secure his bailu00a0u00a0

>> Shiney's lawyers said that while the victim claimed that she was raped between 3 pm and 5 pm in the actor's Andheri house on June 14, cell phone records reveal that she was on her cell phone between 3.15 pm and 3.45 pm.

His lawyers further pointed out that the victim did not use the word 'rape' in her statement on oath before the magistrate, but the word 'atyachar' instead.

>> The judge expressed his surprise that neither the victim's nor Shiney's clothes had semen or blood stains.

>> The judge said he found it odd that the police did not record the statements of Shiney's neighbours.
