During the release of Phoonk, director Ram Gopal Varma had declared Rs 10 lakh prize to anyone who'd watch the film in the theatre alone. They didn't mention the catch the person had to book the entire theatre himself! Now RGV is at it again. With his next thriller Agyaat ready for release, he is ready with more promises.

Chill us!

Co-producers UTV Motion Pictures and Ramu have announced a contest to promote the film. Anyone who has a chilling tale to tell can participate by sending a visual entry and not a script. Participants can shoot a short film and upload the link on Agyaat's website. The winner will get a chance to direct a film produced by UTV and Ram Gopal Varma.

Explains Ram Gopal Varma, "There are so many people who have the potential to become good directors but never get an opportunity. This is our endeavour to find filmmakers with potential. It's easy to shoot a film now with just a mobile phone, handy cam and a laptop so we are inviting people to showcase their talent.

The clip should shock, thrill or scare us. Once we are convinced with the capability of the person, we will give him or her a chance to direct the film and take their subject forward".u00a0

Shikha Kapoor (UTV Marketing) further adds, "Our film is meant for connoisseurs of the horror genre people who enjoy all kinds of horror and supernatural films. Being able to direct a film would be an added bonus."
Agyaat stars Priyanka Kothari and south superstar Nitin in the lead.u00a0u00a0
