Train services on Central Railway suburban line between Ambarnath and Badlapur stations were disrupted today after an overhead electric cable snapped.

The electric wire snapped at around 9 am, leading to disruption in services on Down line between the two stations, about 60 kms from here, a Central Railway spokesperson said.


The wire has been restored, but trains were running late by at least 20 minutes, he added.
