We have seen Kareena Kapoor endorsing Monarch Universal's Panvel project, Monarch Greenscapes for quite some time now.
The actress was present in Panvel last weekend to launch the show flat of the hi-tech luxurious project, which was conceptualised by the directors of Monarch Universal two years. Hasmukh Thakur, director, Monarch Universal talks to CS about their labour of love.

Realising a dream
The project was conceptualised around two years ago. As all of us know that Navi Mumbai is getting saturated by the day, and the only large spaces available for construction are beyond Panvel. Since last couple of years, big builders like Hiranandani Group and Indiabulls are making state-of-the-art townships in Panvel, which are spread over 1,000 acres. This change in the realty map inspired us to come out with a luxurious project in Panvel, but a project that would be affordable as well.
Project of pride
Our project, Monarch Greenscapes has 1BHK apartments, something you don’t normally find in other exclusive projects. The four hi-tech ultramodern towers are of 38 storeys each. They have 1-2-3-4BHK flats with plush interiors and modern fittings. We have followed all environmental guidelines in making this project.
Technology and comfort
The real USP of the project are the touch pad controlled systems, which allow the resident to automate his living. He can control the lighting, heating, air-conditioning, ventilation and various other controls with a button. The new age homebuyer is very particular about his comfort, and comfort today is synonymous with technology. In terms of maintenance, the cost comes upto '2.5-3 per sq ft, which is quite reasonable for such a project.
Central location
Panvel today is right in the middle of Mumbai and Pune. Our project is in close proximity to the new Navi Mumbai airport, Panvel railway station and the new State Highway from Panvel to Matheran, which are within a radius of three km. There is greenery all around our project, so our buyers can enjoy clean and green living.

Sussanne Roshan, who has done up our show flat has been extremely co-operative. She has even offered to design the homes in case there is a group booking from a corporate house. It is an added bonus, as homebuyers will get to live in a space designed by Sussane.u00a0
