Scherzinger (36) is known to be very strict in her fitness regime, which is why Victoria (40) reportedly cornered the American at a recent charity event in Los Angeles and got her to divulge details of her fitness programme. Former Spice Girl Victoria is said to have grilled the former Pussycat Doll over her exercise routine for quite some time in her keenness to know how the singer stays in shame.
“Victoria actually picked my brains. She asked me who my trainer was and everything about my diet,” Scherzinger told Brit magazine Fabulous.
Scherzinger, is known to have suffered from bulimia, an eating disorder characterised by binge eating or consuming a large amounts of food in a short time, during her time in the Pussycat Dolls. However, an attitude change, she says, transformed her. “Because I went through it (bulimia) for so many years, it didn’t matter what anyone said. It’s all about facing the voices and demons inside you. The truth is that everybody’s different and you should embrace your imperfections and your beauty,” said Scherzinger.

Post-pregnancy weight
Victoria is known to sweat over her weight and more so since the birth of her fourth child — daughter Harper in 2012.
Posh Spice reportedly thrives on a diet of sushi, green juices and alkaline foods only. She was recently seen rushing out of a London gym after a workout with a bagful of nuts. Protein and fibre-rich nuts are apt for those, like Mrs Becks, who lead hectic lives.
Speaking of how she got fit after Harper’s birth, Victoria said: “I worked out a lot. I ran a lot. I did it six days a week. I became quite obsessive.”
