Vikramaditya Motwane's next faces weather woes once again, with the makers now running against time to complete the shoot

It appears that the weather gods are in no mood to smile down at Vikramaditya Motwane's next. After getting almost snowed-in at Dalhousie in Himachal Pradesh a while back, the cast and crew of the film starring Ranveer Singh and Sonakshi Sinha are now battling a tough situation in rural West Bengal, the current location of their shoot.

The weather here has been very unpredictable, making it impossible to shoot, especially during the nights. Says our source, "They have been shooting in the interiors and all they have been doing is waiting for the weather to be a little more clear."

The cast and crew are currently put up in Kolkata, a good four hours away from the location of the shoot. The source adds, "They are shooting in this town called Khanyan, but for some reason they couldn't really find accommodation there. Also for the stars, staying in a village without basic facilities would become difficult.

But they couldn't afford any more delay, so now they travel four hours back and forth everyday. Most of them get less than four hours of sleep due to the tight schedule."

Crowd on the sets

To compound the weather woes, the shoot was even stalled for two days because of a huge crowd hijacking the location.

Producer Vikas Bahl says, "It became very difficult during the initial days to shoot because people starting pouring in when they heard Ranveer and Sonakshi were shooting. It got so bad at one time that we had to create a barricade to stop people from entering the frames."

Courtesy all this, the makers are now running against time and the producers are worries about whether they will be able to meet the deadline.
