Interestingly, the South actor who says he’s “a bit older than Ranbir and a bit younger than Rishi”, comes across as someone with a rare mix of philosophy and humour.
On being asked about his craft and what box-office success means to him, he has a memorable quote to spare. “At the end of the day, nobody knows how or why a film works. There are just talks of choosing a script.”
