Ranbir may play Kishore Kumar in biopic |

If all goes well, it will be Ranbir Kapoor who will play Kishore Kumar in a biopic on the late singer. Shree Ashtavinayak Cinevision had been planning the biopic for quite a while now and even had a team of writers working on the script. Last week, Ranbir Kapoor was flying to Delhi for a conclave when he met one of the writers. The writer nabbed the opportunity and narrated the script to him. Ranbir was much impressed and informed the production house that he approved the story. However, he would agree to star in the biopic only if he was happy with the director they choose for the film and if there are no date issues.
Several filmmakers, including Nagesh Kukunoor, Shashank Ghosh, Sudhir Mishra and Shoojit Sircar had been planning a biopic on the late singer. |
