Bangalore: The Jaago Re! One Billion Vote campaign has planned a five-city rock show to get their message across to young voters
Jaago Re! One Billion Votes campaign announced the Shut up and Vote five-city tour across the country as part of their ongoing campaign.

The rock tour slated for the last week of marhc will feature rock band Thermal and a Quarter who will play in Chennai, Kolkota, Delhi, Mumbai and Bangalore wher e the grand finale will be hel.
"Music is a major part of this campaign because, we are targeting the youth, and they understand the language of music", says Jasmine Shah, campaign coordinator.
The lead guitarist and vocalist of Thermal and a Quarter, Bruce Lee Mani was also present press conference.
"Frankly speaking, I never voted before. But I always cribbed about the system and why it can't be changed, until these guys approached me. The whole campaign has the power to change your thinking. So I have finally registered." He adds, "Jaago Re! has made it easier for registration and all the details are also given in their website. It is necessary for us to select the right leader for better quality of life"
The rock show will feature the song Shut up and Votem which also has a video by Rani Jayraj, was especially written for the campaign.
