Nature’s Basket hosts Swad Korea 2.0 in association with KOTRA

Always going the extra mile there was a Korean food recipe focused event held on 3^rd September at Nature's Basket, Juhu. The event demonstrated the start to end recipes of Pajeon (a Korean pan cake - made with a combination of spring onion, wheat flour, egg , gochutgaru) with a gochujang dip, a Kimchi Fried Rice (cooked or left over rice in combination with kimchi), a popular Seaweed Humus and ended with a delicious Ramen with Gochujang in Hakka noodle style with vegetables followed by a first-hand shopping experience of the Nature's Basket store with a fully stocked up section dedicated to Swad Korea 2.0.
