In a touching display of compassion, unity, and shared humanity during the holy month of Ramadan, Aliff Foundation organised a memorable community Iftar gathering that brought together a distinguished assembly of guests, well-wishers, advisors, and members of the Aliff family. The evening shimmered with warmth, reflection, and genuine togetherness, beautifully reinforcing inter-community bonds and the spirit of brotherhood.
The event unfolded with a gracious welcome as guests arrived at the elegantly arranged venue. Thoughtfully designed seating arrangements, vibrant food counters, and an atmosphere filled with camaraderie created the perfect setting for meaningful connections. As Iftar time drew near, collective prayers were offered, along with warm welcome of eminent guests. Guests then broke their fast together, savouring a delightful spread of starters and main courses that transformed the moment into a joyful celebration of communal harmony and solidarity.
Following the Iftar, the formal segment commenced with an engaging introduction by Sana, who eloquently spoke about the organisation's mission and the deeper purpose of uniting everyone under one roof. A special felicitation ceremony followed, during which Mr. Asslam Shaikh, CEO and Founder of Aliff Foundation, honoured board advisors and long-standing well-wishers with tokens of appreciation in recognition of their steadfast support and invaluable contributions over the years.
One of the most inspiring highlights of the evening was Mr. Asslam Shaikh's passionate address, in which he introduced Aliff Foundation, shared the inspiring vision behind its creation, and highlighted the foundation's ongoing initiatives to empower underprivileged children through quality education and holistic community support programmes. He also showcased the tangible, life-changing impact the foundation has already created for countless individuals.
The occasion was further elevated by the gracious presence of several renowned dignitaries, including Mr. Sandeep Prabhakar, Founder of Sanskriti Arts; Mr. Utpaal Acharya, Aliff Advisor; Mr. Mansoor Ali Shaikh, Owner of Amfah India Trading Pvt Ltd; Mr. Deepak Nagar, Director of PC Doctor; Miss Firoza, the first Bicycle Mayor of Mumbai; Chef Yogesh; and Girish Wankhede, renowned trade analyst.
In his heartfelt closing address, Mr. Asslam Shaikh expressed deep gratitude to all attendees and delivered a powerful message: "This is our yearly celebration where we take pride in calling our friends and families from all communities together to celebrate this beautiful community festival.
