Arham Technologies Ltd is accelerating its expansion plans after reporting strong FY26 financial growth, as the company deepens its manufacturing capabilities and strengthens its position in India's rapidly evolving consumer electronics market.
The Raipur-based company reported a nearly 70 percent year-on-year increase in revenue from operations to â¹118.56 crore in FY26, while profit after tax rose 67.75 percent to â¹12.20 crore. EBITDA for the year climbed 50 percent to â¹19.03 crore, supported by rising demand across product categories and continued investments in manufacturing infrastructure.
Arham Technologies Strengthens Manufacturing Presence in India
Founded in 2013, Arham Technologies initially began with LED televisions before gradually expanding into fans and home appliances. The company's manufacturing journey gained momentum after the operationalization of its Raipur facility in 2019, which strengthened in-house production capabilities and reduced dependence on third-party manufacturing.
Today, the company operates consumer electronics brands STARSHINE and ARATTON and manufactures Smart LED televisions, ceiling fans, air coolers, washing machines, mixer grinders and other appliances.
The company has also intensified its consumer branding efforts with the appointment of actor Vicky Kaushal as brand ambassador for STARSHINE, aimed at strengthening visibility across urban as well as Bharat-focused markets.
Its installed annual manufacturing capacity has scaled to approximately 3 lakh televisions, 5 lakh fans and more than 50,000 home appliances annually, positioning the company to cater to growing demand across Tier 2 and Tier 3 markets.
As part of its long-term manufacturing strategy, Arham Technologies recently acquired land at the Electronic Manufacturing Cluster in Nava Raipur. The expansion is expected to support backward integration initiatives involving moulding, sheet metal, motors and packaging operations, helping improve supply chain efficiencies and operating margins.
The company also raised â¹53.5 crore through a preferential issue to support manufacturing expansion, distribution growth and investments in higher-margin categories.
Bharat-Focused Consumer Electronics Expansion Drives Growth Strategy
Industry observers say companies like Arham Technologies are benefiting from rising domestic demand, policy support for local manufacturing and increasing consumer preference for organised electronics brands in non-metro markets.
Speaking on the company's growth outlook, Ankit Jain, CFO and Executive Director at Arham Technologies, said the business is entering a new phase of expansion backed by manufacturing scale and stronger market visibility.
"As we look ahead, Arham Technologies is entering a defining phase of scalable, capex-led growth, supported by strong acceptance of our STARSHINE brand across Bharat and a clear focus on building a leading Premium Mass-Market consumer electronics brand," Jain said.
He added that the company has already invested in capacity, distribution and product expansion to support future demand growth.
The company also secured Google EDLA certification with Android 14 for its Interactive Flat Panel Displays, strengthening its presence in institutional and smart classroom solutions.
Arham Technologies Raises Revenue Guidance to â¹350 Crore
Looking ahead, the company plans to continue focusing on operational efficiency, manufacturing scale and deeper market penetration.
"Reflecting our confidence in the sustained demand environment and the strong industry tailwinds supporting domestic consumer electronics, we are confident of achieving our guidance of 300 Crs. by FY28," he said.
With stronger manufacturing capabilities, expanding distribution and continued investments in brand visibility, Arham Technologies is positioning itself for the next phase of growth in India's consumer electronics sector.
