Vanya Rani Leonard
From Pilgrimage to Artificial Intelligence
A German Author Living in India, Bridging Opposites
Vanya Rani Leonard is a German author, mentor and former Design Director and Brand Consultant. Her career and life took her from Hamburg to London, Milan, Zurich, Dubai and Munich before she made India her home. Her work brings together four fields that have shaped her life: creativity, strategic thinking, psychology and spirituality. She now lives in the Himalayan foothills, where she writes and works with people internationally.
With more than 17 years of experience supporting people internationally, she works as a mentor with individuals who want to understand more clearly what is happening in their lives - and within themselves. Her private one-to-one mentoring takes place over nine weeks, with one 75-minute session per week, usually online via Zoom.
Vanya's recently published books reflect questions she has explored throughout her life: the nature of human perception and behaviour, how we develop our potential and what may prevent us from doing so. The two books approach these questions from very different directions.
Karma, Chai & Consciousness explores spiritual development through pilgrimages in India and Tibet. It asks what becomes possible when we recognise that we are far more than we ordinarily imagine ourselves to be.
Soul-Made asks what happens to human creativity as generative AI reaches into ever more areas of our lives. It looks at what we risk if we surrender our inherent capacities before we have fully explored and developed them.
The books are available on amazon.

Manish Chawla
Manish Chawla, founder of Cheers Travel, has spent more than 24 years in the travel industry. Born into a Delhi-based business family, he could have taken the easy road and joined the family business. Instead, he chose to build something of his own, and that decision shaped everything that followed.
He began by working with established organisations in India, where he learned how businesses run and how customers think. He then spent four years in London, which gave him international exposure and a wider view of how travel works across borders. With that experience, he took a bold step and launched his own venture in Australia, later expanding it into New Zealand and Thailand.
Over the years, Cheers Travel has been recognised among the best travel companies in South Australia and was named Best Online Retail Travel Agency by APAC Insider, UK. For Manish, these honours reflect something simpler: a belief that business is built on trust, values and relationships that last. Today, he continues to lead Cheers Travel with the same customer-first approach he started with.

Saifi Afaq | Spraviva Institute of Languages

Beyond language learning, the institute provides university admission guidance for Germany, Spain, Lithuania and Latvia, alongside language preparation for Germany's Ausbildung vocational training pathway. For Saifi, language is more than grammar; it is a gateway to education, employment, integration and long-term opportunity in Europe. Through Spraviva, he aims to empower international students and professionals to build meaningful futures beyond borders.
