Richa Madhukar: Chief Growth Officer, Compass Group India
Twenty-five plus years in enterprise sales, Wipro, Dell EMC APJ, and now Compass Group India, taught Richa Madhukar that growth isn't an ambition, it's a system you build, break, and rebuild as the business changes. More recently, she has led a fourfold expansion in five years, been named APAC Sales Director of the Year twice, and received the BW STARS 2026 recognition as an Influential Leader.
Reaching here has been no mean feat, her path hasn't been linear, it's taken detours through roles, markets, and situations she wouldn't have chosen in advance. Each one left her with something specific: a skill, a market insight, a harder-won kind of judgment. By the time she arrived at this role, she had exactly what it required, not because she planned it that way, but because she stayed long enough in difficult conditions to actually learn them.
Outside the boardroom, she runs Pratibimb Theatre Company, founded by her parents in the 1980s and revived under her direction. Its current production, God's Lioness, reimagines Draupadi, not as the court's most famous victim, but as a woman who chooses. Every decision she makes, in the smallest moments as much as the largest, is hers. Draupadi reminds Richa daily that the same is true for her, that every micro-decision is a choice, and it's that choice, made again and again, that decides how audaciously she lets herself dream. Building revenue and building a voice onstage turned out to be the same discipline, choosing on purpose, instead of waiting for permission.

Ria Rustagi: Co-Founder & CEO, Sychedelic
Ria Rustagi is the co-founder and CEO of Sychedelic, an Indian Neuro-tech Startup building brain health tools into everyday headphones. She studied electronics engineering at JIIT Noida and earned two master's degrees in integrated circuit design, from Nanyang Technological University in Singapore and the Technical University of Munich. She then spent nearly seven years designing automotive chips at Infineon in Germany, where she was the youngest and only Indian engineer on her team.
Losing her elder sister to a brain infection drew her to how little people understand their own brains.
With co-founder Bhavya Madan, she first built Neuphony, a wearable that reads brain activity and makes it simple to track. Forbes India named her to its 30 Under 30 in 2023, and the startup won backing on Shark Tank India.
Sychedelic takes the work further. Its headphones sense a user's stress in real time and respond with adaptive audio and gentle neurostimulation, a closed-loop design that adjusts to the body's live signals. The device has secured CDSCO approval in India, and the company raised a $3.5 million seed round ahead of a global launch. Rustagi now aims to place Sychedelic among the world's leading neurotechnology companies.
