This is the story of a man who began his journey in a small chawl, carrying responsibilities far bigger than his age - and today stands as an entrepreneur creating impact across industries, startups, employment, and nation-building.
At just 14 years old, life changed overnight when his father lost his job. While most teenagers were focused on school and friends, he stepped forward to support his family. Survival became the priority. Comfort was never an option. But even during those difficult years, he refused to let circumstances define his future. With relentless determination and repeated attempts all while he was still employed he completed one of the toughest professional qualifications in the country - Chartered Accountancy.
The journey was not easy. There were failures, setbacks, and moments that could have broken anyone's confidence. But he kept going and today he gives those pursuing CA a chance in his organization to be assured with a job and help clear their exams. He always mentions to students pursuing CA that "in life you need one person other than you to believe in you to achieve whatever you want to achieve. In his case it was his wife who believed and in their case he would be that other person who will help them cross the hurdle."
He spent 17 years working with Hiranandani Builders where he started as an Audit assistant and became a partner with the audit firm after clearing his CA, gaining deep experience, discipline, and understanding of business at scale.
From the outside, it looked like stability and success. Yet deep inside, there was a bigger calling.
One day, he realized he was not meant to remain limited by comfort or security. He believed he was meant to create something larger than himself - something impactful, meaningful, and transformational. With nothing but conviction and courage, he took a leap of faith, quit his job, and started his own CA practice. That one decision changed everything.
What began as a small practice eventually grew into an ecosystem of businesses and impact-driven initiatives providing solutions to clients. He believes every problem has minimum two solutions and once you consider clients problem as yours finding solution becomes very easy. Today across his various group companies he employs more than 600 people and serves over 700 clients - becoming a trusted name for businesses seeking growth and guidance. Even today he is associated with the Hiranandani group as a consultant and values the opportunity provided in his early years.
But his vision did not stop at professional success. Driven by the desire to contribute to India's growth story, he went on to establish Bharat Valley - an incubator and accelerator dedicated to supporting startups, innovation, and entrepreneurship. Through mentorship, ecosystem building, and strategic support, Bharat Valley is helping founders turn ideas into scalable businesses.
He also played a key role in helping one of his clients build India's first indigenous neurovascular devices manufacturing company - contributing toward India's journey of self-reliance and innovation in healthcare technology and cutting down on total cost of stroke and aneurism surgeries by 40%.
His ventures further expanded into comprehensive business solutions through Transformatrix and other group companies offering HR, marketing, finance , IT, AR/VR solutions and strategic growth solutions for organizations looking to scale sustainably.
Believing deeply in empowering India's youth, he also signed an MoU with the Government's Skill India initiative to support training and development opportunities - creating pathways for future talent and employability. What makes his journey extraordinary is not just the scale of success, but the purpose behind it. Coming from hardship taught him empathy.
Struggle taught him resilience. Responsibility taught him leadership. And now, success has given him a platform to serve.
His dream today is larger than business. He wants to contribute toward meaningful change in India, improve lives, build systems that create opportunities, and eventually evolve into a true statesman - someone remembered not only for wealth created, but for impact delivered.
