Founded by Mohib Alam, KaamGenie is an assortment of services to your home and business, from cleaning, maintenance, repair, to small fit-outs. Since 19 May 2026, a few categories have been running with the field crews in Delhi NCR. The remaining ones are being added gradually till the end of 2026, according to the demand of Delhi customers. Next up on the list are Sofa cleaning, Plumber, Kitchen deep cleaning and AC servicing.

A Real Telephone Line and not Just an App!

Local Crews and Hiring Push.
Since the launch on 19 May 2026, KaamGenie has already recruited some viable crews in the Delhi NCR region and is on the lookout to hire more professionals like cleaners, technicians, electricians, painters, field supervisors and plumbers. They apply on the Join As A Pro page of kaamgenie.com, and their applications are verified and quickly checked for basic skills and then added to the dispatch roster.
All the crew members are from Delhi NCR and are dispatched through a zone-based system developed by KaamGenie in-house. The dispatch system places every day's booking according to area, puts them in the shortest driving sequence for each crew and sends the day's plan to a dedicated mobile application that is installed on each crew member's phone. By routing through the city, KaamGenie has to cover the cost of traveling multiple times over the same area without compromising on quality.
The Marketplace Angle
KaamGenie also has a B2B partner program, allowing existing local service brands to partner with KaamGenie and be redirected the bookings as their own brand. The initial partner is currently active on the platform and discussions are ongoing with several other partners in several categories of services. It's a fairly straightforward model. Having role-based access, partners will be able to access a self-service dashboard to process document verification, endorse/deny leads assigned to them as well as follow up on payouts and manage their team. The customers are provided with clear profiles of all the partners, including their name, KYC status, ratings and services provided. The agreement will not tie up the small local operators and will continue to keep them independent, loyal to their clients and customers, while at the same time providing the small operators with access to KaamGenie's marketing network. The users are given convenience of one booking process, and the trust factor of a named partner behind each job, who has been vetted.
Coverage and what's next
KaamGenie currently is serving customers across Delhi NCR from its online booking platform, as well as its ground crew. The company has been heavily focused on hyperlocal content, pages area by area of the website, describing the landmarks, the types of buildings and the price of that area. This hyperlocal strategy will be replicated for each new service category and ultimately for each new Indian city where the company opens a service.
