You're on a highway , the navigation is running, an important work call is underway and suddenly the signal disappears. For most Indian smartphone users this situation feels far too familiar. While telecom infrastructure across the county continues to improve stable connectivity during travel still remains a major problem.

To understand how widespread the issue has become, POVA commissioned an independent survey conducted by CyberMedia Research (CMR) among 2,000 smartphone users across Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bengaluru and Kolkata.

The findings revealed that nearly 8 to 10 users still face regular connectivity interruptions on highways. Around 79% admitted missing important work calls because of unstable signals during travel, while 67% of business users said dropped calls had directly affected clients, payments or professional opportunities. More than 83% also shared that sudden call disconnections during important conversations create stress and anxiety.

The study also highlighted the impact of POVA's signal focused approach. Among frequent highway travellers using smartphones equipped with advanced triple signal optimisation technology, 81% reported better signal experience, while 74% noticed more reliable calling performance. Another 72% said their devices recovered faster signal after passing through weak network areas

Recognising this gap, POVA is focusing on something beyond just network strength : smarter connectivity. This brand's triple signal optimisation technology is designed to help devices maintain stronger and more stable network connections, especially in weak coverage highway zones where call drops are common.

Instead of waiting for the network to recover on its own , POVA's signal first technology actively works to reduce recovery time, improve call continuity and help users stay connected while travelling. Built for people constantly working and moving between cities. The technology aims to make communication more reliable during real world travel conditions.

For POVA, reliable connectivity is no longer just a network problem, it is becoming a smartphone responsibility too.
