Rochit Singh
At just 21, Rochit Singh has achieved a milestone rarely seen in India's financial landscape-becoming the youngest and most followed SEBI Registered Investment Advisor (RA) with registration number INH000023834. Hailing from Biswan in Uttar Pradesh, Rochit has quickly risen to national attention by combining disciplined long-term investing with a powerful digital presence that now reaches more than 2.2 million followers.
Rochit's journey stands out because of how early it began. His story traces back nearly a decade, to 2016-2017, when he was a 9th-grade student experimenting on the internet during the Jio revolution. While many students used the newfound connectivity for entertainment, Rochit used it to build. He explored domain selling, blogging for several months, app development, gaming videos, freelancing-trying one idea after another. None of these ventures succeeded, but each attempt expanded his skills and strengthened his determination.
His first breakthrough came unexpectedly through a YouTube video explaining solutions to questions from the S. Chand textbook. The video received no views for an entire month, but six months later, it had crossed 500 views. That small achievement became a turning point. It reassured him that consistency would eventually pay off.
Despite his growing interest in digital creation, Rochit faced plenty of resistance. Teachers and coaching classmates mocked him for making educational videos at such a young age. But he ignored the ridicule and continued creating. By the time he reached 11th grade, he had built a tech and entertainment channel with over 5.5 lakh subscribers, earning significant income and gaining early entrepreneurial confidence.
Rochit entered the stock market on January 11, 2020, inspired by a video showcasing Rakesh Jhunjhunwala's success with Titan. Like many young investors, he began with small investments and soon ventured into intraday and swing trading. Those attempts led to losses-lessons that would later shape his philosophy.
The real transformation occurred in 2022 during a period of market consolidation. Rochit realized that hours spent trading did not translate into meaningful wealth. More importantly, he discovered that long-term investments-even in broad indices or stable companies like Tata Motors-would have performed better than short-term trading. This understanding reshaped his approach entirely.
He made a firm decision:
No intraday.
No swing trading.
Only long-term investing with a focus on multibaggers.
This became the core of his identity as an investor. Rochit believes that India's biggest wealth creators-whether Rakesh Jhunjhunwala, Vijay Kedia, or Radhakishan Damani-built their fortunes not by trading daily but by holding a handful of strong businesses for years. His conviction aligns with this proven path, and he encourages young investors to adopt the same patience-driven strategy.
Rochit's consistent messaging, clarity, and relatable communication style helped him build one of India's largest youth-driven financial communities. Today, he stands as India's youngest and most followed SEBI Registered Advisor, a position earned through years of experimentation, failures, learning, and reinvention.
One of Rochit's most repeated lessons for young people is simple: "Keep switching." He believes that every failed attempt-blogging, app development, gaming content-was a necessary step that ultimately connected to form his career. He acknowledges that luck plays a role, but insists that luck only appears to those who keep trying relentlessly.
From a small town in Uttar Pradesh to becoming one of the country's youngest regulated financial advisors, Rochit's story has become a source of motivation for millions. His journey proves that success is not a straight line-it is a series of attempts, lessons, setbacks, and breakthroughs. And today, as India's youngest and most followed SEBI RA, Rochit Singh stands as a powerful example of what persistence and long-term conviction can achieve.
