Taurian MPS H1 FY27 Results at a Glance

Revenue from operations rose 73.5% to Rs 56.01 crore, up from Rs 32.29 crore in H1 FY26. EBITDA grew 82.4% to Rs 12.34 crore from Rs 6.76 crore, lifting the EBITDA margin to 22.03% from 20.95%. Net profit margin improved to 13.66% from 11.36%, and earnings per share rose to Rs 8.61 from Rs 5.65.

What Drove Taurian MPS's Margin Expansion?

EBITDA rose faster than revenue, which means operating costs grew more slowly than sales. Net profit grew faster still, helped in part by other income, which rose to Rs 46.23 lakh from Rs 0.21 lakh.

The company links the improvement to fixing operational and working capital bottlenecks that had held it back.

Taurian MPS Rs 59.97 Crore Fundraise: Who Invested and Where the Money Goes

Taurian raised Rs 59.97 crore through a preferential allotment of shares and warrants. Promoters put in Rs 20.94 crore, and non-promoter investors contributed Rs 39.03 crore. Of the total, Rs 42 crore is set aside for working capital, Rs 10.22 crore for capital expenditure and Rs 7.75 crore for general corporate purposes.

Faster Order Execution and More Capacity at the Roorkee Plant

Managing Director Yashvardhan Sumit Bajla said a shortage of working capital had limited how quickly the company could fulfil orders. "With improved access to growth capital, we are better positioned to accelerate inventory and component procurement, shorten execution timelines and undertake a larger volume of orders," he said.

Part of the capex will add manufacturing capacity at the existing plant in Roorkee, Haridwar, instead of a new site. Bajla said this lets the company get more out of infrastructure it already owns.

Taurian MPS Targets 45-50% Revenue CAGR

Over the past year, Taurian has hired senior managers with more than 20 years of experience in specialised industrial segments. It is also appointing regional sales heads abroad and widening its dealer network.

"Our focus has now decisively shifted from building capabilities to accelerating growth," Bajla said, adding that the company is targeting topline growth of 45-50% CAGR over the coming years.

Demand for its machines follows spending on roads, construction and mining. The company points to rising infrastructure investment and mining activity in India and overseas as the basis for the target.

New Segments: Plastic Waste and Sewage Management

Taurian is studying whether its engineering can be applied to plastic waste processing and sewage waste management. It says it could enter these segments over time but has not shared a timeline.
