With more than 17 years in enterprise ERP and a focus on measurable business outcomes, the Magnifia founder is turning hands-on consulting into repeatable technology.

Founded in 2020, Magnifia IT Solutions Pvt. Ltd. has quickly established itself in the Microsoft Dynamics 365 ecosystem, delivering more than 25 Dynamics 365 projects with a team of largely Microsoft-certified consultants. At its centre is founder Mohit Khanna, who brings over 17 years across enterprise ERP, finance transformation and large-scale digital initiatives.

Mohit's approach is straightforward: understand the business requirement first, then decide how technology can meet it. Because ERP touches finance, supply chain, manufacturing and reporting all at once, an ERP decision shapes far more than the software itself.

That discipline shows up in outcomes. For a manufacturing client, Magnifia automated a bank-reconciliation process that once took around 24 hours of manual work, cutting it to roughly two - delivered in about two weeks.

For a US-based client, it automated vendor-invoice processing for roughly 500 invoices a month, previously created by hand, in three to four weeks. Magnifia has also deployed on-premise AI agents to support finance operations, extending its work beyond implementation into practical automation.
