In a historic first, the Jain International Trade Organization (JITO) Mumbai Chapter has appointed a woman to lead its main wing at Midtown ,Meenal Jain has taken charge as the Chairperson for the term 2026-28, becoming the first-ever Lady Chairman of a chapter in Mumbai.
The appointment marks a significant milestone for JITO, one of the most influential business community organizations in India. Meenal's journey from leading the Ladies Wing with grace to now heading the Main Chapter is being hailed as an inspiration for women entrepreneurs across the community.
Meenal Jain is not new to leadership. She is a well-known Mumbai-based entrepreneur and the Founder of Maraca Jewels. With over a decade of experience in jewellery design, visual merchandising and retail marketing, she currently handles the Creatives & Marketing for her family business, Bhavesh Gold Mangalsutra.
Her previous tenure as Chairwoman - JITO Midtown Ladies Wing (2024-26) was marked by several high-impact initiatives focused on women empowerment, youth engagement and community service.
Her influence extends beyond JITO. She is actively associated with leading industry bodies:

- Founder, Jain Woman Forum
- Associated with lions club Worli
For her term as Chairperson, Meenal Jain has unveiled her theme - "ANOKHE Pal". The theme is centered around three core pillars: Unity, Seva (Service), education, business and Empowering Youth & Women. Her vision is to create meaningful connections, foster brotherhood within the community, and give back to society in a more impactful way.
Speaking about her new role, Meenal Jain said, "It is an honour to lead JITO Mumbai Midtown. This is not just a position, but a responsibility to carry forward the legacy of Seva. With anokhe Pal, we want to create moments that are unique, meaningful and memorable for every member and for the society."
