The Countdown Begins: Experience the Taste of Europe at Anuga Select India 2026

Just a few days to go! The European Union Pavilion is bringing the taste, quality and culinary excellence of Europe to Mumbai. Get ready to discover, taste and experience the very best that Europe has to offer!

The countdown to Anuga Select India 2026 has begun! From 29 September to 1 October 2026, the Bombay Exhibition Centre in Mumbai will welcome food and beverage professionals from across India and beyond.

Visit the European Union Pavilion, Stand B02-C02, Hall 6, and discover a selection of European agri-food products, together with a programme of tastings, cooking shows, workshops and product-focused activities.

More than Food: Discover Europe in Mumbai

The EU Pavilion is part of the "More than Food India" promotional campaign, showcasing the stories and values behind European food and beverages.

European products reflect a strong commitment to four key pillars: safety, quality, authenticity and sustainability. Visitors will discover products across categories including dairy, olive oils, wines and spirits, processed products, fruit and vegetables, chocolate and confectionery.

Throughout the three days, the Pavilion will offer a diverse programme of tastings, cooking shows, workshops and product-focused activities, giving visitors different ways to discover European products and their versatility. The programme will also feature interactive cooking demonstrations led by the renowned EU Chef Ambassadors, Chef Ajay Chopra and Chef Guntas Sethi, who will showcase European ingredients through creative culinary experiences.

Join us for the Opening Ceremony!

The EU Pavilion will officially open on 29 September at 12:00 with an Opening Ceremony at Stand B02-C02, Hall 6.

The programme will feature opening remarks by Mr Petros Sourmelis, Minister Counsellor, Head of Trade and Economic Affairs Section of the Delegation of the European Union to India, followed by a ribbon-cutting ceremony and a reception. The event will also include a special cooking show by Chef Guntas Sethi, offering guests an engaging and memorable culinary experience.
