This special feature spotlights eight trailblazing entrepreneurs who are not only transforming their industries but also inspiring a new generation of women to dream bigger and lead fearlessly. 1. Swati Vakharia - Founder, ADHYAY by Nabhi Sutra
Swati Vakharia, founder of Nabhi Sutra & ADHYAY Wellness, brings over 15 years of diverse entrepreneurial experience. An alumna of IIM Bangalore's 10,000 Women program, she strengthened her leadership foundation and shaped a powerful entrepreneurial path. During motherhood, Swati deepened her study of Ayurveda and discovered nabhi chikitsa, an ancient healing practice. Seeing its potential, she collaborated with her cousin, an Ayurvedic doctor, to formulate Nabhi Sutra products, launching the brand in 2019 with 9 different categories of belly button oils. Her appearance on Shark Tank India Season 3 reflects her commitment to wellness and to reviving India's forgotten rituals for modern life. With a mission to revive age-old Ayurvedic rituals, they introduced ADHYAY Wellness as a sister brand-bringing back the timeless formulation of Shata Dhauta Ghrita skin repair emollient, scalp therapy oil, Ratanjot lip oil & more. Today, with a range of Dincharya-inspired wellness tools, ADHYAY is redefining how modern individuals experience and adopt ancient Ayurvedic practices.
2. .Dr Vaishaly Bharambe, Founder VB Anatomy Academy, Medical Educator and Counsellor
Dr Vaishaly Bharambe, Founder VB Anatomy Academy, Medical Educator and Counsellor is a senior anatomy professor with over 25 years of experience in teaching and guiding young medical, dental, physiotherapy, and nursing students. In 2023, she started VB Anatomy Academy, a YouTube channel that simplifies complex anatomy topics through clear, structured, and student-friendly lessons.
She has held key academic positions, including Dean and Head of the Anatomy Department at Symbiosis Medical College for Women, where she helped establish the department from the ground up. She has also been a long-standing faculty member at Dr. D.Y. Patil Medical College, Pune, and currently contributes as an academic consultant with DeftXR, a health-tech startup developing 3D anatomy learning tools.
With over 55 research publications and several national and international awards, Dr. Bharambe is a respected educator. Known for her calm, methodical teaching style, she also actively promotes organ and body donation, believing that a teacher's impact extends far beyond the classroom.

3. Mrs. Deepti Sharma, Director, MultiFit Wellness Pvt. Ltd
Mrs. Deepti Sharma is a transformational leader. A Law Graduate from Symbiosis University and an accomplished entrepreneur, she believes in the three-word success mantra of "Believe in Yourself".

Nidhi Saxena is the master strategist who transforms executives and founders into powerful, authentic digital brands. Her comprehensive career spans both the corporate client side and dynamic agency leadership, giving her a unique, 360-degree view of market influence, LinkedIn personal branding and outreach.

5. Ankita Singh, Co-founder of Label NATA
Ankita Singh started her journey as Entrepreneur this year as Co-founder of Label NATA. Before starting her dream brand Ankita had prior experience of operating another clothing brand called Saivi. She was also working with Deloitte from 2021 to 2025. Then with all her experience over the years she began her new journey with Label NATA. She envisions NATA growing into a globally recognised minimalist Indian brand, known for thoughtful craftsmanship, sustainable practices, and storytelling-driven design. Her long-term goal is to create a fashion ecosystem that supports artisans, empowers women, and sets new benchmarks for quality and authenticity. What started as her personal exploration of handcrafted details and minimalist Indian aesthetics quickly evolved into a brand that celebrates individuality. As a entrepreneur Ankita says "Build fearlessly, create honestly, and trust your voice. Our mission with NATA is to inspire women to express themselves confidently - not just through what they wear, but through the stories they choose to live and tell."
6. Priyanka Agrawal - Co-founder, Punt Partners
Priyanka Agrawal, Co-founder of Punt Partners, is a leading voice in digital transformation, experience design, and innovation. With over two decades of expertise, she helps organisations adopt digital-first strategies, strengthen operational efficiency, and build a culture of innovation. Her approach goes beyond generic frameworks-she creates tailored transformation roadmaps that align with each company's vision and values.
Trained first as an architect, Priyanka transitioned into experience design and earned her Master's in Graphic Design from Middlesex University, London. She began her career as a new media designer at DMGT before returning to India to build one of the country's top experience design firms. A mentor with IIM Ahmedabad's i-Accelerator, IQ Bootcamp, and TiE Mumbai, she guides startups in embedding user-centric thinking into digital products. She is also Co-founder of L.X.M.I. Inc., empowering women-led businesses to scale and become investment-ready. Priyanka continues to champion inclusivity and challenge gender biases through her work and advocacy.
7. Sonam Bhagat, Founder & CEO, Vygr
Sonam Bhagat is a dynamic entrepreneur and Founder-CEO of Vygr, a creator-led news platform shaping hyperlocal information for the new generation.
Sonam began her career as Associate Director at Anand Rathi Wealth before transitioning from finance to media, driven by her passion for youth empowerment and impact-led communication. She has also led Business transitions for the Poonawalla Holdings Family Office as CEO. She has led Business at Dais World, gaining deep experience in the fast-evolving news ecosystem, and eventually founded Vygr with a vision to build a purpose-led, multi-channel media powerhouse.
Under her leadership, Vygr now runs nine content platforms, reaches over 15 million monthly readers, and is growing rapidly purpose-led information initiatives across startups, women, youth, and government ecosystems.
She also serves on the ASSOCHAM Women Empowerment & Development Committee, Goa.
