One Point One Solutions.
One Point One Solutions Limited, an AI-powered business process management (BPM) and customer experience company, has reported a 129.4% year-on-year increase in revenue from operations to Rs 158.32 crore for Q1 FY27, as the company begins FY27 with its two strategic growth engines, global operations and agentic AI, operating at scale.
Profit after tax rose 72.8% year-on-year to Rs 16.31 crore, while EBITDA increased 91.5% to Rs39.38 crore. Revenue also grew 64.6% sequentially from Rs96.20 crore in Q4 FY26.
Netcom Acquisition Expands Global BPM Footprint
A key contributor to the quarter was the first full-quarter consolidation of Netcom BCC, following One Point One Solutions' USD 33.37 million acquisition. The transaction established the company's nearshore delivery presence across Costa Rica, Colombia and Panama and strengthened its capabilities in banking and financial services across the Americas.
The acquisition is central to the company's strategy of building a multi-shore, AI-first BPM platform, combining global delivery capabilities with technology-led customer operations.
ResolX Takes Agentic AI Into Enterprise Operations
Alongside its services business, One Point One is scaling ResolX, its agentic AI platform built around a Resolution-as-a-Service model. ResolX ended Q1 FY27 with 12 live deployments across seven enterprise clients in insurance, aviation, banking, automotive and digital assets.
The platform has delivered more than 150,000 resolutions, with the company reporting efficiency gains of over 40% across deployments. Its current pipeline includes proofs of concept across India, the Middle East, the US and Latin America.
"Q1 FY27 is the first quarter in which both of our growth engines are visible at full scale, global human services, now deepened by Netcom BCC, and agentic AI through ResolX," said Akshay Chhabra, Chairman and Managing Director, One Point One Solutions. "Our focus is disciplined: automate the routine, elevate the human, and be accountable for resolution, not activity."
Company Targets 2X Revenue Growth in FY27
Looking ahead, One Point One Solutions is targeting approximately 2X year-on-year revenue growth in FY27, supported by the expanded global delivery network, deeper enterprise relationships and increasing adoption of AI-led customer operations.
The company is also looking to deepen the integration of AI across its global delivery operations while expanding ResolX deployments across complex and regulated industries. Its broader strategy is to move enterprise customers from fragmented automation and activity-based outsourcing toward integrated AI, human expertise and measurable business outcomes.
"Enterprise AI is moving from experimentation to execution," said Rajiv Desai, Co-Founder, ResolX. "The opportunity is no longer simply to automate individual tasks, but to build intelligent operating systems that can understand context, orchestrate workflows and take accountability for the resolution."
With more than 8,000 professionals, 10 delivery locations and a growing presence across four continents, One Point One Solutions is positioning its combination of AI, domain expertise and global delivery as the foundation for its next phase of enterprise growth.
