From the director who has made audiences both laugh and cry, Sammir I Patel is back with his most intriguing film yet. His upcoming thriller-comedy, "Sansani (Bachelorette Party Gone Wild)", presented by SIP Productions, promises a night of chaos, comedy, and courage. In a candid chat, the filmmaker behind diverse projects like the deeply emotional Pfa: Love Mom & Dad and the internationally acclaimed Milenge Jannat Mein opens up about his new venture, his casting choices, and the hilarious surprises in store.

Comedy: A Forte, But Not the Only Tool

While widely recognized for his comedic timing, honed from his theatre days and TV writing for shows like Bhabhiji Ghar Pe Hai, Patel clarifies that his storytelling range is far broader. When asked if comedy is his default forte, he responded, "Yes, I do enjoy comedy, but then I have given films like Pfa: Love Mom & Dad, the internationally acclaimed Milenge Jannat Mein, both were deeply emotional. As a creator, I am drawn to the entire spectrum of human emotions. Sansani lets me explore both ends-it has laugh-out-loud moments but also genuine thrills and emotional depth."

A Strategic Shift Towards New Talent and Digital Frontiers

Sansani introduces four new faces- Chetsi Rene,Richa Jain, Shatskshi Kiran , and Hunar Thethi-in lead roles, a deliberate move by the director. "I have a plan to come up with 2 digital full-length films every year and they will be tight budget and content-driven, in which there will be newcomers & actors who have been associated with me over the years," Patel revealed, outlining a clear vision for his production house, SIP Productions. "This film is a step in that direction. It's about building a fresh talent pool for the content-driven projects of the future."

Speaking about the newcomers, he added, "They have worked hard and given their best. Each one has a different profession & character, and in that one night of the bachelorette party, how they conquer their fears is something to watch out for."

Veteran Support and a ‘Gen-Z Don'

The film also features a special voice-over by comedy king Johny Lever. Explaining this unique collaboration, Patel shared, "Johny bhai has supported me right from my first feature film Hotel Beautifool & this one also I somehow wanted him to be a part of. He was kind enough to favor and support me."

Another veteran, the brilliant Brijendra Kala, plays a role that is sure to be a talking point. "He is a surprise factor in the film," Patel teased. "He plays a Gen-Z don in the film, he is hilarious. The audience will love him in the film."

With this mix of fresh talent and veteran genius, Sansani is shaping up to be a unique entertainer. The ensemble cast also includes Abhishek Patel, Vishal Dubey, Satya Narayan, and Shivam Sharma.

Produced by SIP Productions and co-produced by Brijendra Kala, Zoheb Patel and Satya Super Sound, Sansani (Bachelorette Party Gone Wild) is a testament to Sammir I Patel's evolving vision as a storyteller for the new age.
