Indian Entrepreneurs.

1. Samrat Warma: Founder, Krishna Enzytech & Collagen Lifesciences

Long before Samrat built a business exporting to 43 countries, he was watching one grow in his own backyard. His family was among the first in India to produce the enzyme papain, and he carried that foundation forward, founding Krishna Enzytech in 2010. Today, as Managing Director of Collagen Lifesciences and founder of the broader Samrat Warma Group, he leads a business that ships natural enzymes, collagen peptides, and protein hydrolysates to buyers across the globe.

What sets Samrat apart is scale paired with focus. His operations run across three manufacturing facilities with a combined monthly capacity of over 1,000 MT, positioning Collagen Lifesciences among India's largest collagen peptide producers. He champions sustainable, health-focused entrepreneurship with a global outlook, building trade partnerships that extend well beyond India's borders while staying firmly rooted in the bio-ingredients space that shaped his early years.

2. Varun Kapoor: Founder, Rasa Developers

Varun Kapoor's journey with real estate began in 2009, but it took seventeen years, and a career built across some of India's most recognizable brands, before he returned to India to build Rasa Developers in Delhi-NCR.

During his career, he held senior marketing and business roles at Bharti Airtel, INVISTA and Fever 104 FM. He founded Decomplex Marketing in India and then co-founded Secret Skin in Dubai, giving him a rare mix of consumer marketing depth and entrepreneurial grit.

Now, as he brings that experience full circle into real estate development, Varun is applying a marketer's precision and an investor's instinct (he is also an active angel investor with Lead Angels and IPV) to building Rasa Developers.

"We want to bring the amenities of a large scale luxury housing project without the added costs, to young couples who want to reach that romantic milestone of owning their first home, without the hassles that come during the mega purchase," says Varun, who is betting on real estate again, this time with seventeen years of hard-won deep consumer perspective behind him.

3. Abhinav Chetan, Founder of Digital for Nonprofits (D4NP) & Digicated.ai

Abhinav Chetan is the founder of Digital for Nonprofits (D4NP) and Digicated.ai, two brands accelerating digital marketing and generative AI maturity in nonprofits and digital first brands. D4NP has unlocked over $10 million in Ad Grants and enabled 100+ Indian nonprofits on Gen AI. D4NP's partner organisations demonstrate 35% higher digital and Gen AI maturity than sector peers.

Digicated.ai has accelerated Digital and Gen AI maturity for 25+ organisations, their partners report 30 - 50% efficiency gains. They have also enabled a $1 million investment for PawfectlyMade and an $11 million investment for Super Six Sports.

A guest faculty at MICA, ISB and IIM's, Abhinav has trained over 10,000 professionals across India. He previously spent 12 years at Google driving digital marketing growth for brands in the US, UK and India. He is a trained yoga teacher and avid reader.

4. Akshay Agarwal, Founder & CEO of Rokkun

Akshay Agarwal is the Founder and CEO of Rokkun, a Bengaluru-based AI and software engineering company that helps businesses automate operations and build intelligent digital products. Under his leadership, Rokkun works with small and mid-sized businesses to streamline repetitive workflows, enhance customer experiences, and improve operational efficiency through practical AI solutions, while also partnering with startups to design and develop AI-first products at scale.

Akshay believes AI delivers the greatest value when embedded into core business processes rather than treated as a standalone technology. His focus is on applying AI to high-impact functions such as customer support, sales, appointment management, lead generation, and operational decision-making, enabling businesses to increase productivity, reduce manual effort, and accelerate growth.

Alongside business automation, Rokkun collaborates with startups to build scalable AI platforms by combining expertise in artificial intelligence, software engineering, cloud infrastructure, and product development. His vision is to make advanced AI accessible not only to large enterprises but also to ambitious startups and growing businesses seeking to innovate, compete, and scale in an AI-driven world.

Today, under her leadership, Continual Engine supports over 100 organizations, including Pearson, Macmillan, McGraw Hill, and Virginia Tech, with solutions for PDF remediation, alt text generation, presentation and video accessibility, and end-to-end WCAG and ADA compliance.
