Saaniya Chandhok is the granddaughter of Mumbai businessman Ravi Ghai, chairman of Graviss Group, a well-known name in India's luxury hospitality and food industry.

Ravi Ghai's influence extends far beyond the hotel industry — he has led brands such as Kwality and Brooklyn Creamery and introduced Baskin-Robbins to India. 

Saaniya Chandhok's father, Sunny Chandok and mother Gaurika Ghai Chandhok are both connected to the family business.

Saaniya Chandhok was born on June 23, 1998. She did her schooling at BD Somani International School and The Cathedral & John Connon School.

After her schooling, Saaniya studied at the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), where she graduated in 2020 with a Business Management degree.

Not just this, along with her studies, Saaniya gained certification as a veterinary technician from the ABC program of the Worldwide Veterinary Service.

She is the founder of the luxury pet spa, Mr. Paws. It is the first pet spa in India which offers treatments ranging from Korean Microbubbles therapy to CO2 Japanese hydrotherapy for dogs and cats in Mumbai. 

Talking about Saaniya and Arjun, they have been friends since childhood as they belong to sane elite circle of Mumbai. Saaniya's grandfather, Ravi Ghai (Chairman of Graviss Group), and Sachin Tendulkar have shared a mutual respect for years.

As per reports, Sara Tendulkar played cupid in their love story. Sara and Saaniya have been best friends since years and are often spotted together on important occasions.

Adding to the charm, Saaniya is a year older than Arjun. The lovebirds got engaged on August 13, 2025.

Their pre-wedding ritual was held at Jamnagar, followed by Mehendi ceremony in Mumbai which was attended by known politicians and celebs.
