The alleged murder of Pune-based realtor Ketan Agarwal has sparked widespread discussion across the country. Kangana Ranaut, who has never shied away from voicing her opinions, also reacted to the case, stating that parents should not be held solely responsible for their children's actions. She reflected on the role of social media, AI, and external influences in shaping young minds.
Reacting to the case, Kangana wrote, "These days, just by looking at families, homes, or parents, you can never be sure about the sanskars of the children. What is more important is who is programming them, who they spend time with, and what their influences are - SM/AI or real life. Parents cannot be blamed because people are living so many parallel lives. People carefully build a desirable perception of themselves because it is all about how they are seen, not how they feel or who they really are. So, families cannot be judged for children's actions."
According to the police, 26-year-old realtor Ketan Agarwal allegedly died after being pushed into a gorge at Lohagad Fort. As per reports, Ketan's fiancée, Siya Goyal, along with her alleged partner, Chetan Chaudhary, has been accused of conspiring to kill him. Both are currently in police custody for further investigation.
On the work front, Kangana was recently seen leading the drama Bharat Bhhagya Viddhaata, which is a tribute to the courage of medical workers during the 2008 Mumbai terror attacks. The primary cast of the film also includes Girija Oak, Smita Tambe, Esha Dey, Sayaji Shinde, and Amruta Namdev, among others. The film was released in cinemas on June 12 this year and opened to positive reviews. However, the project failed to perform at the box office.
During the promotions, Kangana recalled the time when she was banned and many even tried to send her to jail. She shared with Fever FM, "I was the first one to be banned. They put cases on me. They tried to frame me legally. They tried to put me in jail. At one point, I had so many cases on me that my lawyer was attending all these dates. And after that, I was banned by the media."
