On Tuesday, June 9, 2026, Yashaswini Dayama took to Instagram to share an emotional note after her father's passing. She shared a family picture and penned a heart-touching note in the caption, which read, "Been really dreading having to make this post… or rather any post. Felt like I had to be a certain kind of ready and make a heartfelt tribute… and we're not there yet (sic)."

The actress further added, "But thought I must express the immense gratitude my family and I feel for all the love and memories you have shared of dad. Thank you for recognising this Rockstar (sic)."

In the video shared by Shubhangi, Ramakant Daayama was seen enjoying his moments with his friends at a get-together. He was seen singing, dancing, laughing and having a gala time with friends. Shubhangi recalled the actor as someone who had a vibrant personality. Sharing the post, Shubhangi wrote, "Today, we lost a truly beautiful soul… and I am simply speechless."
